- How many days needed to get a day to day or 24hrs attendant?

As per availability normally it takes 1 to 5 days, or sometimes more to get an attendant.
- Should I have to pay any advance for booking an attendant?

You have to pay an advance of 1,000.00 INR for pre-booking of an attendant of 24hrs duty, for confirmation, which amount will be adjusted at the time of our billing.
- Do I have to pay any charges for cancelling my booking of attendant?

Yes. You have to pay 1,000.00 INR to our office as per our cancellation policy, if any booking is paid in advance, then the mentioned amount will be deducted from the advance payment, if the scheduled booking is cancelled at last minute(within 12 or 24hrs).
- What do I do if I not get the attendant on the scheduled date after making the advance payment?

You have to wait for some more days like 3 to 5 days to get an attendant, otherwise the advance payment will be fully refunded to your bank account on the fifth day.
- What are the things do needed to mention while contacting the agency for first time for an Aya or Nurse attendant requirement?

You have to mention about the patient’s illness conditions, and all the technical parts to handle at work, as like, oxygen, nebulizer, Ryle’s tube, catheter, saline, etc.
